Your process should get better every time work gets done.
When you are ready for AI, Louis helps you introduce it where it can make a practical difference:
- Reviewing plans
- Finding gaps
- Creating actionable work
- Orchestrating agentic tasks
- Reporting on results
- Analyzing the outcome
You choose the models, tools, permissions, budgets, and level of human review.
Busy is not the same as improving
Most teams know where the frustration is, but not always what causes it.
- Handoffs are missed or delayed
- The same problems return cycle after cycle
- Plans reach execution with missing decisions
- AI experiments happen outside the process
- with little context
- and even less visibility into cost or results
Louis connects the work, the process, and the evidence needed to improve both
Make the real workflow visible
Capture obstacles when they happen, not days or weeks later.
Measure where time is spent, where work waits, and which steps add little value.
Turn lessons into process changes while preserving comparable history.
Give AI the right context, a defined job, and boundaries your organization controls.
From “we think this is the problem”
to “we know what to improve next.”
Louis is built around a simple discipline: inspect and adapt.
Your workflows reflect how your organization actually operates.
- As work moves forward, Louis captures time by step and the issues people encounter.
- Dashboards and historical trends reveal bottlenecks, queues, skipped steps, rising work in progress, and changes in throughput.
- At the end of a cycle, your team can improve the process without losing the integrity of the data that led to the decision.
Outcome: a repeatable improvement loop anchored in the work your team already does.
Capability Highlights
See where work gets stuck
Measure hours worked, calendar days in each step, throughput, cycle time, lead time, queue time, work in progress, and skipped workflow steps. Louis helps you distinguish effort from waiting—and identify the stages that deserve attention first.
Turn daily friction into improvement
When a team member completes a workflow step, Louis prompts them to record time and document any obstacle. Those osbservations flow into a shared Process Review, where the team can discuss causes and record proposed solutions while the experience is still fresh.
Build a process that fits your business
Define your own task types, workflow steps, responsibilities, approvals, templates, tags, and review cadence. Use Agile, Kanban, GTD, cyclical operations, professional services, or a custom business process rather than forcing every team into the same model.
Preserve an honest history
Renewable projects and cycles let you improve the process at a deliberate review point while keeping periods consistent and comparable. Track whether changes actually improved delivery instead of relying on memory or one-off snapshots.
Keep knowledge beside the work
Use the built-in wiki for project charters, decisions, client specifications, renewal notes, and task guides. Version history, discussions, and follow controls keep context accessible and accountable.
Work naturally in English and French
Louis supports English and French interfaces and bilingual business content. With AI enabled, content can be translated on demand or automatically while preserving authored text and Markdown formatting.
Agent Orchestration that is visible
Have Louis orchestrate your agentic work and see every aspect of it with detailed information on how your AI resources are used.
Ask in plain language. Get an answer based in the work and numbers already inside Louis.
The built-in assistant can:
Review a project or initiative, Identify gaps and risks, stalled work and missing ownership.
Analyze real process measures and answer questions such as “Where is our bottleneck?” or “Are we getting faster?”
Produce status reports and retrospectives with charts based on the same measured data as the dashboard.
Draft task content, acceptance criteria, project documentation, and improvement recommendations.
Explain AI spend, highlight expensive conversations or runs, and recommend where token costs can be reduced.
Meet the Agents

Louis
Project and Process Management
Namesake of the application, Agent Louis is your principal AI assistant. He can help shape an initiative, improve the plan, define a workable process, and identify risks before execution begins.

Gwen
Support
Gwen is there to help explain how to use Louis. Ask her how-to or why questions about Louis functionality. Louis will refer such questions to Gwen.

Frank
Software Development
If you use Louis to manage software development, Frank is the agent you use to write code. Check out ‘Frank & Louis’, the Visual Studio Code extension that lets your developers use Louis in VSCode and report Frank’s effectivenes directly into Louis.

Ubi
The Ubiquitous Agent
When workflows are enabled, Ubi is the doer. The only agent you can assign an operation to. When a project is orchestrated by Louis or Frank, many Ubi tasks can run in parallel.
Louis gives administrators practical control over how agents operate
Choose the provider, model, service tier, and reasoning level appropriate to the work.
Allow only the tools an agent needs.
Set limits for tool calls, runtime, and cost per run.
Control network access.
Require human review for consequential steps or allow routine work to advance after success.
Keep failed agent work visible, preserve the actual error, and require review and resolution before a blocking step moves forward.
Set a monthly AI spending ceiling and warning threshold.
Pay as you go, bring your own provider keys, or combine both approaches.
AI usage is not hidden in a black box. Louis reports spend by provider, model, agent, service tier, and work surface, and keeps a durable record of agent runs—including failures and the cost of work that did not complete.
MCP servers can extend Louis with external tools and data sources.
Skills teach the assistant and agents how your organization works: your vocabulary, field rules, methodology, approval paths, escalation rules, and definition of done.
The result is AI that behaves less like a visitor and more like a properly briefed member of the team.
Contact JFDavignon.Solutions if you need to connect to a different provider or your own internal model.
Whether you use AI or not, let Louis help your teams master process management.
